There are some weddings that feel beautiful, and then there are weddings that feel meaningful. As a Tuscany wedding photographer, Mike and Elvis’s wedding at Borgo Divino was both, and having it featured on Wedding Chicks makes it even more special.
Set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, their wedding weekend felt like something out of a film. Golden light, vineyards in every direction, and a group of people who showed up fully for them. It wasn’t just about the setting, it was about the energy they created together.

From the start, the entire weekend was designed to feel intentional and immersive. The welcome party set the tone immediately, long tables, flowing Aperol spritzes, and that effortless Italian atmosphere that makes you slow down and actually take it all in. By the time the wedding day arrived, everyone felt connected, relaxed, and fully present.

The morning of the wedding was calm and grounded. Mike and Elvis got ready together, which is something I always love to document because it shifts the entire energy of the day. There’s no separation, no build up of nerves in isolation, just shared anticipation and quiet moments before everything begins.

Their ceremony was emotional in the best way. Thoughtful, personal, and filled with meaning. You could feel how much intention went into every part of it, from the people involved to the way it unfolded naturally in the Tuscan sun. Moments like that are the reason I do what I do.
As a Tuscany wedding photographer, these are the kinds of celebrations that feel effortless to document when everything is this intentional.
One of the standout design elements, and something that caught attention in the feature, was their custom seating wall. It was more than just functional, it became part of the overall experience. Guests interacted with it, gathered around it, and it blended seamlessly into the aesthetic of the day rather than feeling like a separate detail.

As the day transitioned into evening, everything softened into that signature Tuscany glow. Candlelight, layered florals, incredible food, and long conversations that turned into dancing. It felt elevated but never forced, refined but still full of personality.

And then, just when it felt like the night couldn’t build any further, they surprised everyone with fireworks. One of those moments where everyone pauses, looks up, and just takes it all in together.

That’s the thing about Mike and Elvis’s wedding. It wasn’t just visually beautiful, it was deeply felt. The kind of day where every detail supports the experience, but never overshadows the people at the center of it.
Being featured on Wedding Chicks is always an honor, but this one feels personal. Not just because of the setting or the design, but because of who Mike and Elvis are and how they chose to celebrate.

If you’re planning a destination wedding in Tuscany or anywhere in Europe, this is exactly the kind of energy to chase. Thoughtful, immersive, and completely true to you. If you’re looking for a Tuscany wedding photographer for your destination celebration, this is exactly the kind of experience worth creating.
